Our Building Process

1. MEET WITH H&A AGENT
   • Tour subdivisions and homes under construction for inspiration/ideas/etc.
   • Discuss financing
   • Complete New Home Inquiry tab on our website- hunzikerconstructionservices.com
2. MEET WITH HCS ESTIMATOR
   • Discuss house plans, lots, and possession date
   • Receive a ballpark price shortly after
   • Reserve a lot
   • Sign design agreement
3. MEET WITH BUILDING DESIGNER
   • Talk through details and finalize your home plans
4. DESIGNER MAKES CHANGES & ESTIMATOR FINALIZES PRICE
   • Plans are updated and sent to customer for review.
   • Once plans are approved, the final estimating process begins.
   • After customer approves final price, a sign-up meeting will be scheduled.
5. SIGN-UP MEETING WITH HCS
   • Sign construction contract, final plans, and specifications.
   • Customer will be required to make a down payment of 1% in most cases.
   • Homeowner guidance tools will be issued outlining the balance of the building process.
