Amy did a great job on keeping us informed on new potential homes for us in this very difficult market. It took us several months to find the perfect fit for our budget and needs and she was great at making sure we were some of the first potential buyers to look at several properties.

Ever try to buy a property 1000 miles away, sight unseen and then sell it two years later? I did in 2020 and 2022 and fortunately connected with Molly Neal-Wong to successfully take me through those transactions from afar! Molly's matter-of-fact guidance and counsel were invaluable given the distance, and I am thankful to have had her experience and professionalism on my side during the process! Kudos to Molly and I highly recommend her if you are 1000 miles away or even right around the corner!

We were out of state sellers and got referred to use Taylor Larson, she assigned Diane Cox her assistant to work with us. Diane was extremely rude to my family, she called me stupid, everyone we hired for repairs after the inspection she called losers. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. I have never met a realtor so rude and disrespectful. This was our first time ever selling a home and it honestly was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend Diane to anyone who is buying or selling. We expressed our concerns to Taylor Larson the main realtor numerous times and she said would remove Diane from working. That lasted for about a week then we were back with Diane. Diane was extremely unprofessional, both realtors refused to do an open house until we literally begged them to do so. They did not want to work at all. Diane made this process way longer than it needed to be. They did not keep us in the loop about anything and we had to ask numerous times to get feedback on how showings would go. I’m not normally the type to leave reviews but this was beyond unacceptable and I don’t want others to be treated the way we were.

I couldn’t help but be impressed with Kathy’s professional ability to quickly sell our home and make the process so simple. Loved working with her and if I ever find myself buying in the area again, I would seek the help of Kathy Thompson!

Lara is the hardest working, with the most common sense in a, realtor I’ve ever dealt with. Compared to working with other realtors, she delivers! Easy peasy!

We love Lara! She was such a support to us in finding our dream home. She was always able to get us into houses quickly and willing take us back multiple times as she understood that this was a huge decision for our family. Ryan is totally awesome! Came highly recommended from our daughter & son-in-law! Drove all over Story Cty showing us homes, sometimes twice a day due to our schedules! Lisa was wonderful! Very quick to respond and get us into houses. She quickly learned what did and didn't like and showed us houses accordingly. Our house sold quicker than expected so we needed to buy quickly to make it all work. She was with us the whole way through and was nothing short of awesome.

Lara is amazing! We bought and sold with her when we lived in Ames. She came highly recommended from multiple friends and after buying our house we happily recommended her to our friends. I fell in love with her during our first viewing when she plopped down on her knees in a rather messy basement to test the sump pump. She likes people, understands that real estate is stressful for both buyers and sellers and can tell you exactly who to call to get something fixed after you buy and as you are prepping to sell. We just wish we could have packed her in the moving van to help us buy a home in our new state. We had a level of trust for Lara, her professional experience and her ethics that we have not been able to replace in our new situation.

I am a first time home buyer and Sherri Smith helped me tremendously. I really had no idea about the home-buying process and Sherri helped me through it all. I contacted her with a list of houses that I wanted to look at. They were all over the place in style and price but she was very patient and helped me realize what would fit best with me. I can't begin to tell you how pleased Jan and I were with the services of Patrick Weigel and Hunziker Realty! Patrick was very patient with us and after six months we found the right home and bought it for the asking price two hours after the "for sale": sign was placed in the front yard. We bought the house on a Thursday, listed our home on Friday, had an open house on Sunday, and our house was sold for the asking price on the following Monday. Misty Metschke is a real estate agent made of pure awesomesauce.
